We make all products when they are ordered, Once they are made they will ship on our next shipping day. Unless we are short of materials which if so you will be notified of the issue and when the order will ship. Otherwise the order will be made and shipped with in 5 business days of receiving the order. We ship two days a week unless holidays or vacations interfere. Most orders are shipped through UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. Our warranty covers the work we perform to the product for one year from date of purchase, which the receipt must be provided to prove you are the original owner and where it was purchased. It does not cover damage due to shipping, abuse or improper installation. We do not manufacture the insulation material, the Aqualon or the screen. So it covers cutting and sewing of the product only. To start a warranty claim please email use a copy of your original receipt and a description of your issue. If your product is determined to be a warranty issue, we will issue you a return authorization number. Send the product back to us and we will repair the issue and return it to you.
Returns are only allowed if the item was sent in-correctly or if you ordered the wrong item, the item will be returned and replaced with the correct item, with in 30 days of the purchase, receipt and date of purchase must be provided. If you ordered the wrong item you will be charged to reship you the correct item after we have received the wrong item back.
All of our products are made to order, when they are ordered. If your ordering just to see if you like it or if you can install it and are planning on sending it back. There is a 25% restocking fee, if returned with in 30 days in new condition ready to be resold. Must be in original shipped condition with all installation and components that were sent and in new re-sellable condition. You must e-mail for a return authorization number, once you have that please post it on the box and put your information (copy of receipt) in the box with the part, so we can credit you for properly for your return.
